Google Analytics 4
The agent reads your traffic, acquisition channels and geography — and reasons over them with the rest of your board.
What Vexlynk does
Vexlynk is a local-first spatial workspace. Your real accounts — Google Analytics, Stripe, YouTube, WhatsApp and more — become live cards on one canvas, and an AI agent reads all of them together. 22 live sources, 23 canvas tools, 11 built-in Vlynks — everything on this page ships in the product today.
Live sources
22 live sources today. Each connects read-only and becomes a live card the agent can read, compare and reason over with everything else on your board.
The agent reads your traffic, acquisition channels and geography — and reasons over them with the rest of your board.
Your revenue, subscriptions and recent payments become live context the agent understands. Read-only, your own account.
Your week sits on the board; ask the agent what's coming and plan work around it.
Who booked, when, and the join link — bookings land on the board and the agent connects them to your pipeline.
Boards and cards on the canvas, overdue highlighted — the agent sees your tasks next to the data that drives them.
Your Notion pages, databases and tasks on the canvas — and the agent reads them: database status and records ride its context, and it can read a page's text or full record list when you ask. Read-only, with your own token.
Your deal pipeline by stage, going-cold signals and new-contact flow — CRM context the agent reasons over.
Revenue today, this week and this month, plus orders needing shipping — store activity the agent reads with your revenue picture.
Comments awaiting moderation, recent and scheduled posts — your site's pulse where the agent can see it.
What needs your attention — flagged and unread mail, read-only. Message bodies are never fetched.
Your WhatsApp Business funnel as live cards — pin conversations the agent reads, and reply without leaving the board.
Your channel stats and recent video performance, live — the agent tracks what's working.
Views, watch time and subscriber trends over time — the agent reads your channel's trajectory.
Track any public channel's activity as a live signal the agent can watch.
What people are searching on YouTube right now, by keyword — the agent mines it for content openings.
The top trending videos in any category and region, updated daily — trend context the agent folds into your plan.
Compare up to three competitor channels — subscribers, views, upload cadence — and let the agent weigh their moves against yours.
Any feed as a live card — monitor a web source in real time, on the board.
Scans web and RSS signals for topics that recur across articles and days — content-idea trends the agent explains.
Reach, engagement, followers and post performance for your Business or Creator account — signals the agent folds into your content picture.
Views, engagement and follower trends for your Page — the agent weighs them against the rest of your marketing.
Followers, likes and video performance for your account — live context for the agent's content reasoning. Vexlynk only reads, never posts.
Six of the 22 are a full YouTube research suite: your own channel's data and analytics, any public channel, live search suggestions, trending, and competitor comparison.
Instagram is available from the Plus plan; Facebook and TikTok on Pro. Everything else is on every plan.
The agent
The agent is a persistent conversation that has read your canvas — not a chatbot bolted to the side.
GA4 traffic next to Stripe revenue next to your content calendar — ask one question across all of them and get an answer grounded in your own numbers, with the source shown.
Give it a goal and it plans bounded steps you can watch — research, create, organize — with hard server-side limits on every run.
Ask about a link you placed and the agent reads the page — securely, server-side — and answers from it, always citing what it read and when.
Off by default. Turn it on and the agent reads a document card you ask about — locally, on your device; Vexlynk's servers never see your documents.
Live web research that comes back as a sourced brief, not a wall of unattributed text.
Talk to it, or wake it by name on desktop — the wake word runs entirely on your machine.
Vlynks
Eleven Vlynks ship today. Six render live insight cards and briefs on your board; five more work silently, feeding what they see into the agent's reasoning. All read the cards already on your canvas — no extra setup.
Where your spend crosses into profit, computed from the revenue and cost signals on your board.
Who your customers are and how they behave, drawn from your connected revenue and audience sources.
Surfaces openings your data suggests — a topic gaining traction, a channel outperforming — before you go looking.
Watches engagement patterns and flags accounts that are cooling before they go quiet.
A fresh read of your whole board to start the day — what changed, what matters, what to do first.
Keeps board history so decisions and context survive — what the board looked like, and why it changed.
Task health, open deadlines, dependencies and scope stability, read from your to-dos and notes.
Budget, burn rate and revenue signals present on the board.
Strategic alignment, priorities and execution focus.
“How is my channel doing?” — synthesized from your connected YouTube Data and Analytics cards.
Content coverage gaps between your channel and the competitors you track.
Tools
Beyond answering, the agent acts on the canvas — and the canvas carries the full Tool Library you see in the workspace: 23 tools in five categories. Drag one onto the canvas, or ask the agent — it can place most of them itself.
Notes, to-dos, summaries, whole board layouts from a description — and it tidies what's already there.
Real documents drafted from your board's context — saved as cards you keep refining in the built-in Documents editor.
AI images on demand, landing on the board — polish them in the Image Editor on desktop.
Ask for a data source and the agent places the card and fetches its data itself.
Direct board title text.
Annotation text anywhere on the board.
A boxed note card — the agent reads and creates these.
Checkbox tasks; the agent can add and organize them.
A proposal, checklist, script or presentation generated by the agent from your board's context.
An ordered column that keeps related cards together.
A structured table the agent can fill and read.
Line, bar, pie, gauge and more — visualize the data on your board.
A month view merging Google Calendar events and Calendly bookings.
A dedicated code card with a real editor.
A location or territory card.
A palette or color-decision card.
Timer, clock or alarm on the board.
A tile that opens another workspace — boards link to boards.
An audio reference card.
A video reference card.
A reference link — and the agent can read the page behind it when you ask.
An image reference card.
A file card referencing files where they already are — nothing is copied or uploaded.
A line connector.
An arrow connector.
A rectangle shape.
A circle shape.
Built-in editors
The agent doesn't just answer — ask it to draft a document, generate an image, or write HTML or code, and the result lands on your canvas as an editable card. The built-in editors are where you refine it, without leaving the workspace. Creation runs on your AI turns — hosted or your own key. Two editors run everywhere; three are part of the full desktop experience.
A full document editor — rich text and raw HTML — whose documents are cards on your board. The agent can generate into it, and read from it if you opt in.
A minimalist VS Code-style editor for real code files, with syntax highlighting and a proper editing surface.
A timeline video editor with built-in AI tools — captions, script and image generation — using your own AI key.
Edit images without round-tripping to another app — crop, adjust, annotate, save back to the board.
Browse inside Vexlynk and send a page to the canvas as a card. Deliberately isolated: it never reads your board.
The desktop app is the full creation environment; the web companion gives you your boards, sources and agent anywhere.
The canvas
Everything lives as cards on one zoomable canvas — data next to tasks next to notes — arranged the way your work actually connects. Boards are workspaces: each one has its own sources, its own agent conversation, its own context.
Flows connect cards into repeatable sequences the agent can run.
Local-first & your keys
Boards are stored on your machine. Cloud sync is optional and off by default on desktop.
Vexlynk pulls data in; nothing writes to your accounts on its own. The only writes are actions you take yourself — a WhatsApp reply, a Trello task update, a calendar event. Disconnect any source at any time, revoked at the provider.
Use Vexlynk's hosted AI, or your own OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, Perplexity or Grok key. On desktop it stays on your machine; in the browser it stays in your browser, stored encrypted — Vexlynk's servers never see it.
Two-factor authentication, encrypted local caches, and data deletion that is actually deletion.
