1. Agreement
By accessing or using Vexlynk, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Vexlynk.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You must be at least 13 years old to use Vexlynk. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Billing is processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
If a free trial is offered, billing begins automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel first.
We may change pricing with at least 30 days notice by email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Vexlynk for unlawful purposes, to harm others, to attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or to circumvent usage limits.
5. Intellectual Property
Vexlynk and all associated software, designs, and content are the property of Vexlynk. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.
6. Third-Party Services
Vexlynk may integrate with third-party services. Your use of those integrations is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party service availability or behavior.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Vexlynk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vexlynk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
