You post on four platforms, but to know how it went you have to open four different apps.
Views in one, followers in another, saves in a third, your phone buzzing across all of them. In this post you’ll learn how to see all your social media stats in one place — without hopping app to app every time you want to know if the last video landed.
“Did my audience grow this week? Depends which tab I believe.”
See all your social media stats in one place, for real
The problem isn’t missing numbers. It’s that they’re scattered, each behind its own login and its own dialect.
Checking four apps to know how your week went is like checking four clocks in four rooms to know the time: you end up walking around instead of just glancing.
With Vexlynk you connect your accounts and each becomes a live card on one canvas. You look once, not four times.
Every network, side by side on the canvas
Put the metrics from all your platforms next to each other and see the full picture:
| Network | The live card shows |
|---|---|
| YouTube Analytics | Views, watch time, net subs, avg view duration + a daily sparkline |
| Instagram (Business or Creator account) | Followers with 30-day history, reach, engagement, recent post performance |
| TikTok | Followers with 30-day history, reach, engagement, recent post performance |
| Facebook (a Page you manage) | Followers with 30-day history, reach, engagement, recent post performance |
Best part: you see YouTube analytics without opening Studio. Views, watch time and net subs land straight on your canvas.
Honestly: Instagram analytics is available on the Plus and Pro plans; Facebook and TikTok are Pro only. And these social cards are read-only: Vexlynk reads your numbers and never posts, comments or changes anything on your accounts (social analytics docs).
Where each network keeps its own stats, and what it needs first
A one-place view only works if each platform is producing stats for you. Most “no data” problems come from a setup step on the platform itself, not from the tool reading it. Here is where each network keeps its native numbers and what it asks of you first.
| Network | Native stats live in | What you need first |
|---|---|---|
| YouTube | YouTube Studio > Analytics, or the Analytics tab in the YouTube Studio app (YouTube Help) | A channel. The Revenue tab is for members of the YouTube Partner Program |
| Insights in the app: the insights overview, or View insights under a post or reel (Instagram Help) | A public account for Instagram’s own insights. Outside tools, Vexlynk included, need a Business or Creator account; you switch in Settings > Account type and tools, and a private account becomes public when you do (how to switch) | |
| TikTok | TikTok Studio > Analytics, in the TikTok app, on the web or in the TikTok Studio app (TikTok Creator Academy) | Posts to measure. You pick the last 7, 28, 60 or 365 days, or a custom range |
| Your Page’s Professional dashboard > Insights (Facebook Help), or Insights in Meta Business Suite (Meta Business Help) | A Page and permission to view its insights. Age, gender and location only appear once there is data for 100 or more people |
Two things to keep in mind once they sit side by side. Each platform counts on its own terms, so a “view” on YouTube is not the same event as a view on Instagram or TikTok; read growth inside each network instead of adding raw numbers together (how to compare YouTube, TikTok and Instagram fairly). And each one updates on its own schedule; YouTube’s daily numbers can lag a few days behind what Studio’s Realtime report shows (realtime vs daily numbers).

An agent that reads your real metrics
A permanent agent sits on the canvas, reading the whole board.
Ask it “which network grew most this week?” and it answers from your real figures, not the open internet. It reasons over what’s already on your board.
And on the desktop app, Vexlynk is local-first: your data lives on your machine and cloud sync is optional. The web workspace keeps boards in the cloud (desktop vs web).
From four logins to one glance
The idea is to stop rebuilding your week app by app and see the whole thing in one place.
To get started, see Vexlynk for creators or the spatial workspace that makes it possible. The time we spend hopping between apps carries a real attention cost (American Psychological Association).
The bottom line
Seeing all your social media stats in one place turns four logins into one glance — a canvas where your metrics live side by side.
Gather your networks in Vexlynk and stop chasing numbers across your screen.

Frequently asked questions
Can I see all my social media stats in one place?
Yes — each network becomes a live card on one canvas, so followers, views and engagement across platforms sit side by side and stay current.
Which networks are supported?
See the current sources; more networks are added over time, each connected with your own account.
Can I ask the assistant about my numbers?
Yes — the assistant reads the whole board, so you can ask which platform grew fastest instead of checking each app.
