What does the new version 0.7.0 of Vexlynk bring?

We just shipped Vexlynk 0.7, and it’s a big one. Two things landed that change what your board can do — one is genuinely new to Vexlynk, the other connects a tool a lot of you already live in.

Operator Actions: your board writes you a daily operating record

Most tools show you data. Operator Actions does something different: it reads your whole board — your live sources, your notes, your numbers — and every day it hands you your next moves, in priority order. Not a chat you start from scratch each morning. A dated operating record, written the first time you open the app each day, with the actions to take at the top.

Operator Actions: your board writes you a daily operating record
Each day it gives you five next moves, in priority order.

Each day it tells you, in one place:

  • What changed — the real movements across your connected sources.
  • What happened together — where things line up (a content push next to a revenue bump, a quiet client next to an overdue task). It states what co-occurred, cited to the exact card — it never invents cause and effect.
  • What to ignore — the noise that isn’t worth your attention today.
  • What’s at risk if you do nothing — the thing that quietly breaks by Friday if you don’t touch it.
  • Five moves, in priority — concrete next actions. The top three are today’s, sized to how full your day already is (it reads your calendar and task cards).

Every line points to the card it came from. If it can’t tie a claim to real data on your board, it doesn’t make the claim. And when you finish a move, you can note what you actually did and — later, when you know — whether it helped, didn’t help, or is too soon to tell. That builds a real memory of what works, so you stop paying for the same lesson twice.

The point isn’t just to see your business. It’s to open the app and already know what to do next — grounded in your real numbers, not a generic playbook.

Every day’s record is kept — dated, and still there in November. When you mark a move as helped or didn’t help, that verdict stays with the record. So you can ask the agent what you already tried in a similar situation — “have I faced this before, and did it work?” — and it’ll pull the actual past records, not start over. Each new record does the same on its own: it finds past records from similar situations and brings in what you tried and how it went. That’s what separates Operator Actions from a daily brief: a brief is today’s read; Operator Actions is today’s read plus the memory that makes the next one smarter.

Operator Actions is available on Plus and Pro.

A native ClickUp source

If you run your work in ClickUp, it now lives on your board like any other source — your tasks, lists, and activity as a live card, refreshing on its own. Overdue items, what’s due today, what’s done this week, what’s next — visible next to your revenue, your content, and everything else, so ClickUp stops being one more tab you check separately.

ClickUp now lives on your board.
ClickUp now lives on your board.

And because it’s a real source on the board, the agent — and Operator Actions — can reason over it alongside the rest of your business. “What’s overdue that’s blocking money this week?” becomes a question your board can answer.

The bigger picture

Both of these are the same idea: your business shouldn’t live in a dozen disconnected tabs that you’re the glue between. It should be on one board — seen, understood, and acted on from one place. Operator Actions is that “acted on” part starting to arrive, and every source we add (ClickUp today) makes the whole picture sharper.

More soon. If you’re on Vexlynk Plus or Pro, install Operator Actions from the Marketplace and let it read your board — and tell us what it gets right and what it misses. We’re listening.
